Grinch takes over Cabin Radio and don't feed that fox (you know which fox)
Plus a return to one of Yellowknife's worst moments

Hello! This is Ollie, Cabin Radio’s editor, in for regular newsletter correspondent Emily.
You can tell it’s me because the newsletter didn’t reach you on time. (I am quite certain Emily will be mad at me.)
This week we had the latest on the extraordinary-looking fox that is holding many Yellowknifers rapt this winter. Don’t feed it, the GNWT is imploring people, saying that doing so is making the situation worse.
This was also Challenge Cup week, the annual high school hockey contest that bestows bragging rights on either Sir John Franklin or St Pat’s students. Sir John won both games – watch our coverage on demand here or check out photos from the first-ever alumni tournament, held to celebrate the Challenge Cup’s 40th anniversary.
